Buat sebanyak 6 potongan sedotan Masukkan potongan sedotan pada lubang kardus Beri lem super pada pinggiran sedotan agar sedotan melekat kuat dengan kardus. Ingat, hanya di pinggirnya saja, bukan di dalam sedotan Beri lem tembak pada kedua ujung kardus yang dipasangi sedotan tadi. Pada gambar ini, no 1 merupakan sisi yang diberi lem tembak, sedangkan no 2 adalah potongan kardus lain pada tahap pertama yang disatukan dengan lem tembak Dengan lem tembak, lekatkan dinamo pada rangkaian kardus yang dibuat sebelum tahap ini Dengan menggunakan jangka, buat bentuk bulat seperti pada gambar. Lalu potong dan lubangi tengahnya sesuai pola Masukkan tusuk sate pada lubang bulatan, kemudian beri lem super pada tempat yang ditunjuk anak panah untuk merekatkan bulatan lainnya setelah nempel, beri lem super lagi untuk menempelkan bulatan yang baru lagi total 3 lapisan Buat bulatan kecil lainnya di kanan kiri lapisan bulatan besar. Lapisan kecil tersebut juga terdiri dari 3 lapisan seperti yang ditunjuk panah merah di atas. Tiap lapisan kecil juga diberi lem super untuk menggabungakannya. Lapisan kecil ini nantinya akan menjadi gear yang menggerakkan roda bulatan besar Buat 2 tusuk lain yang juga diberi 3 lapisan bulat besar. Untuk yang ini tidak usah diberi bulat kecil seperti tusuk yang di tengah itu Rangkailah komponen yang dibuat tadi seperti gambar ini. Pada panah merah, karet gelang mengarah ke gear dinamo. Sedangkan gear buatan yang ada di tengah itu akan menggerakkan 2 roda besar di atas dan bawahnya Beri lem super pada tiap sudut sambungan agar rangkaian lebih kuat Potong tusuk sate di bagian tengah Lubangi tusuk es krim dengan carving tool, lalu tancapkan tusuk sate seperti gambar di atas.
